EVENT RENTALS
The Old Franklin School is available to rent for fine events of up to 65 seated guests, and up to 80 for cocktails or presentations. All proceeds from these rentals are used for the upkeep and maintenance of this beautiful historic building.

The building features a spacious main room with hardwood floors, an inviting vestibule, charming inglenook, raised stage or buffet area, piano, and coat closet. Eight round folding tables and 65 padded chairs are available for renter's use, as is the large, fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and two elegant 55-cup coffee urns.
Its excellent location in the center of Metuchen and walking distance from the train station and local bus stops - as well as easy driving access to all major highways - makes it an ideal spot for parties and gatherings.
Rentals for private parties and events are $250 per day, with a $50 security deposit returnable upon inspection of the building. Discounts are available to non-profit groups and B.I.L. members (for their personal use).

The inglenook is an ideal spot for musicians, DJs, gifts, guests of honor
(brides, mothers-to-be, etc.) but can also be used for seating.
